Highly recommend this place. The guys are down to earth, direct, and professional. They sent me the pictures of parts in need of replacement and updated me with progress as it was unfolding. I got my regular maintenance plus a spark plug change and after something seemed off with my car the next day, they just went and reviewed the work. No questions asked, free of charge, as it should be. 5/5 from me

I had a great experience here. I was on a very tight schedule and needed my car ready for a long road trip of over 3,000 miles. John went above and beyond, he stayed late into the night to make sure everything was fixed properly and thoroughly checked the car so I could travel with confidence. He’s one of the nicest people I’ve come across and genuinely cares about his customers. Sunny, the manager, was also fantastic. He was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything in detail without rushing me. Their pricing was reasonable as compared to several other shops I visited, especially those in Fremont. I was pleased with their professionalism, quality of work, and outstanding customer service.

I can’t say enough good things about Specialized Auto Care Center! From the moment I walked in, the service was professional, honest, and genuinely top-notch. Abdul Malik was the mechanic who took care of my car, and I have to give him a huge shoutout. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my vehicle in a way I could actually understand, and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs like so many other shops do. He worked efficiently and had my car back to me quicker than I expected, and it’s been running perfectly ever since. What really stood out was the level of care and attention to detail — you can tell Abdul genuinely takes pride in his work. Sunny did an absolutely amazing job on my 2015 Mercedes SUV! Ive gone to a couple of other auto mechanics and I found that Sunny had the lowest labor rate. I have been to other mechanic shops in the past and I could tell just by the way he diagnosed my car that he was extremely skilled and talented at what he does. He was extremely reassuring throughout the whole process and continuously kept checking up on me to make sure everything was okay! I am not one to write reviews but Sunny absolutely deserves this one! Will definitely be referring him to my classmates and friends!!
